Goal: To establish a consistent means of achieving your ultimate level of functioning by aligning your mind, body, and Spirit, creating an energy within you to overcome all challenges and move past the distractions and negativity.

- Music
- Reading
- Physical Activity (aerobics, weights, yoga, stretching)
Action:
- Wake up at the same time everyday
- Choose not to snooze
- Lead with your feet
- Maintain consistent hygiene protocols to include taking medications
- Have a Healthy meal with proper hydration
- Confirm your identity
- Envision your accomplishments
- Leave your home in sufficient time to avoid tardiness
- Prepare the night before by packing lunches, backpacks, gym bags, etc
- Repeat steps 1-9
